On January 10th, CECEP Techand Middle East Branch and MAG Group Holding held a signing ceremony for Keturah Resort Creekside award letter in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Liu Jiaqiang, General Manager of CECEP, and Moafaq Ahmad Al Gaddah, Chairman of MAG Group Holding, attended the ceremony and witnessed the signing.

Keturah Resort Creekside is a high-end residential construction and landscape engineering project invested and developed by MAG Group Holding. Techand will leverage its strengths in project management consulting, engineering construction, landscape design and construction to provide services such as detailed design of construction drawings, project construction, procurement and installation, landscape and garden construction, and supporting infrastructure construction for the project.

After the signing ceremony, Liu Jiaqiang and his delegation visited the exhibition hall of Keturah Resort Creekside, and both sides engaged in pragmatic and in-depth discussions. They expressed unanimous agreement on actively implementing the Belt and Road action plan for China-Arab cooperation, adhering to the concept of green and environmental protection, and promoting high-quality development through the dual carbon approach. They aim to utilize the respective industrial advantages to carry out practical cooperation in areas such as wastewater treatment, clean energy and green seedlings. They aspired to share development opportunities, achieve mutual benefits and win-win results, inject new momentum into the United Arab Emirates' Sustainable Development Year strategic goals, and jointly promote green and high-quality development in the China-Arab Belt and Road cooperation.

During the visit, Techand and MAG Group Holding also signed an agreement to further deepen their cooperation.
